It is the end of Edo period. Because society has been peaceful for a long time, the ninja have lost their place in society. However, they have hidden themselves in the shadow world as guards or assassins. Karyu, a female ninja, was one of them. Using all the weapons available to her, transcendent athletic ability, splendid fighting techniques, her sexuality and beautiful figure, Karyu fulfilled many contracts.

Contracted to kill a merchant, Karyu sneaks into his house to assassinate him. However, a maidservant, who he kept as a plaything hinders her. Furthermore, she has already killed him instead of Karyu. The maidservant is in fact Uzume, who is also a female ninja and contract assassin. Karyu and Uzume, begin a battle between two distinguished ninja for honor and superiority.
